**Function reports** sums up the club's functions over a period: how many enquiries came in, how far they got, the income booked and still to come, and why functions were lost. Open Club > Functions > Function reports.

## The period

Choose one of three:

- **Two months back, three ahead** (the one it opens on)
- **This year**
- **Ahead**

The line under the heading says the dates, for example "Enquiries received and functions held between Mon, 24 Aug and Thursday 21 January 2027."

## The figures

| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| **Enquiries received** | Enquiries in the period. |
| **Became confirmed** | The share of those enquiries that reached Confirmed, for example **15 of 31**. |
| **Booked income** | The value of confirmed and completed functions. |
| **Still to come in** | Accepted and confirmed functions, not yet paid. |
| **Bonds held** | "Not income; shown apart." |

## The charts

- **How far enquiries got:** how many were quoted, accepted, confirmed and completed, and how many were lost and cancelled.
- **Booked income by month:** by the month the function is held. Bonds are left out.
- **Why functions were lost:** the reasons chosen, and **Hold lapsed** for those Sports Club OS released.
- **How people heard:** from the enquiry's **How did they hear?**
- **Days and nights used, by room:** confirmed and completed functions. "A function in the whole clubhouse counts once, against the whole clubhouse."

## What these figures are

They are worked out from the functions themselves, as their quotes stand: they are the functions office's view, not the club's accounts. Money received is recorded on each function's invoices, which the club's income figures read. The bond is never counted as income.
