**Committee reports** is one page of the club's standing figures: how many members there are and where they stand, the money received month by month, and how much the courts are used. It is the same for everyone who can open it, and it only reports: nothing on it can be changed.

## Before you start

- You need to be able to open Committee reports. The Administrator, Head Coach, Casual Staff, Reporting and Treasurer roles can by default. Your club can change this on Roles & permissions.
- The page shows names in one place, the court use tab's **Most active members**.

## Open Committee reports

Open Reports > Committee reports. Under the title it says the day the figures are as at, which is today.

![Committee reports, with the date it is as at and Print. Four headline figures: 10 current members plus 1 yet to renew, a renewal rate of 90.9% this season, $500 of renewals outstanding with a link to the members to invoice, and income over the last twelve full months. Below, the tabs Membership, Income and Court use, with Membership open: members by type, paid up and yet to renew, and where every membership record stands.](https://sportsclubos.net/help/img/reports-committee-1600.webp)
*The page only reports: nothing on it can be changed. Shown in release 2026.10.29 · Committee reports · as an Administrator.*

Four headline figures run across the top:

- **Current members**: members whose membership is current, with **plus 1 yet to renew** (or however many) underneath. Someone yet to renew is still a member whose membership has run out.
- **Renewal rate this season**: the share of members who have renewed, with how many have and have not.
- **Renewals outstanding**: the fees of members yet to renew. The line under it links to the Renewals page, where their renewal invoices are raised.
- **Income** for the latest twelve full months, named by its months (for example **Income, Nov 2025 – Sep 2026**), with the share that was membership and the share that was court hire. The month now running is left out, because it has only just started.

## The Membership tab

- **Members by type**: each membership type, split into **Paid up** and **Yet to renew**.
- **Where every membership record stands**: **Current, paid up**, **Yet to renew**, **Suspended**, **Lapsed** and **Cancelled**, and how many people are in the member database. Suspended and lapsed people are former members who did not renew.
- **What the numbers say**: a few observations in plain words, such as the largest membership type, the share under 18 and the suburb most members live in.
- **Age of current members**: age bands, split by gender, with the average age and how many members have a date of birth recorded.
- **New members by year joined**: everyone in the database by the year their record began, including people who have since left.
- **Where members live** and **How long current members have belonged**.

## The Income tab

- **Income received each month**, as columns coloured by where the money came from. Choose **All income** or **Court hire only** above the chart. The month now running is shown faded.
- **Income by source** and **How people pay**.
- **What the numbers say**: the biggest month, when membership money arrives, and what court hire brings in.
- **Monthly figures**: a table of each month by source, with the total. Press **Export CSV** to download it as a spreadsheet. The button shows only to people who can download report figures, as a report page's **Download** does: the Administrator, Reporting and Treasurer roles by default. Each download is written to the audit log, saying what was downloaded and how many months, never a figure. See [Download figures and the rows behind them](https://sportsclubos.net/help/reports/download/index.md).

Income is money received, by the day it was received: invoice payments, till sales and payments brought in from the club's previous system. These figures include GST; the Finance pages work in figures excluding GST, so theirs are lower. Prepaid credit topped up at the till is held for the household, not income, so it is left out.

## The Court use tab

1. Choose **From** and **To**, then press **Update**. The tab opens on the last 35 days, ending today.
2. Read the figures for those days:
   - **Court-hours booked**, **Booked online** (the share members and the public made themselves), **Members who booked**, and **Public and guest income**.
   - **When the courts are busy**: a heat map for each sport, by day of the week and hour. Point at a square to see its share.
   - **How full each court is**: booked hours as a share of opening hours.
   - **What the courts are used for**: bookings by type.
   - **What the numbers say**, **Bookings each day**, and **Most active members**, the ten members with the most bookings.

Cancelled bookings are not counted, and nor is a weekly programme repeated forward by an import from the club's previous system.

## Print it

Press **Print**. The browser's print opens with the page laid out for paper; choose a printer, or save it as a PDF to send. Print shows the tab that is open, so print each tab you want.

## Ask about the figures

While your club has the AI Report Assistant switched on, the Administrator and Reporting roles also see **AI Report Assistant** at the top of the page. See [Ask the AI Report Assistant](https://sportsclubos.net/help/reports/assistant/index.md).

## What it does not do

- It cannot be changed or added to. For figures of your own, make a widget or a report page: see [Report pages: make, share, print and download](https://sportsclubos.net/help/reports/report-pages/index.md).
- It shows members, income and courts only. Classes, functions, the roster and the rest have widgets and report pages of their own.
- Its figures can differ from a widget's for good reasons, such as a different period. See [Why do two reports give different totals?](https://sportsclubos.net/help/reports/q-different-totals/index.md)
