SUPPORT
Support, training and updates
- Your first year.For your first year, Adam and Simon are on hand directly. You deal with the two people who run Sports Club OS while you set up, change over and settle in.
- After the first year.You get a reply within 24 hours. Anything that stops the club working is fixed or worked around within 24 hours.
- Training.The office and the committee are shown around in sessions on your own club’s data. Each feature also has a short video, in the club system demos. Adam and Simon are on hand through the first year.
- Help in the app.Help and feedback, at the top right of every page, answers how-do-I questions in plain words, about the pages you can open, and passes your feedback on to the club’s administrator and to us. The Help centre has articles on how to use Sports Club OS.
- Updates and patching.There are no servers for the club to look after, or for us. New features arrive through the year at no extra cost. How updates reach your club.
A FIXED PRICE
What you won’t pay for
Nothing is taken from your takings. There is no charge for each staff login.
Founding clubs
We are taking on a small number of founding clubs and setting each one up personally. Founding clubs get set-up and data transfer included, a direct line to the people who built and run the system, and their price held for two years. In return we ask for honest feedback, and to name your club as a reference when you are happy.

Is there a trial?
The walkthrough is the place to start: thirty minutes on a made-up club, and you can ask to see any job your office does.
Can members pay online by card?
Not yet. Today a payment is recorded against the member’s invoice when it arrives by bank transfer or at the club. Online card payment is being built.
Does it connect to Xero?
Not yet. It is being built.
Is set-up really free?
Yes, on a three-year agreement. Otherwise it is a one-off A$1,430 + GST. It covers bringing your data across, setting the club up with you and showing your office and committee around.
Where is our data kept?
Kept in Australia, on Amazon Web Services in Sydney. Read the Trust Centre.
Who supports us?
Adam Gough and Simon Craft, who run Sports Club OS. For your first year they are on hand directly. After that you get a reply within 24 hours, and anything that stops the club working is fixed or worked around within 24 hours. Support, training and updates.
Can we keep our federation’s system?
Yes. A club can keep its federation’s system for registrations and pennant, and run the rest of the club on Sports Club OS.
