- Kept in Australia.Your club’s data is stored on Amazon Web Services in Sydney.
- Each person sees only their part. The club decides who can do what, and the system enforces it on the server, not only on the screen. See the starting roles.
- Every change is recorded.Who did what, and when, is kept in an audit log.
- Strong passwords. At least 10 characters, with upper case, lower case and a number.
- Two-factor sign-in.Available to every login, using an authenticator app. Approving a change to your club’s website requires it.
- Sign-ins are renewed every hour. And every request is checked on the server.
- Juniors protected on public screens.Shown by first name and initial.
- Your data can be downloaded. The Administrator can download everything the club holds at any time, and each download is recorded.
- Nobody’s data sold or shared.Your members’ details are used to run your club. The one thing that reaches us is feedback someone chooses to save: a summary, without their name or email.
- The email and website assistants are sent no member data.Drafting is given only your description, and is processed in Australia.
- No card numbers held.Payments are recorded against invoices; card details never reach the system.
