SOFTWARE FOR PADEL CLUBS
Sports Club OS is padel club management software for member clubs: court bookings, memberships, coaching and intro sessions, and the bar and clubhouse around the courts, in one system — powered by AI.
Built at a member club in Melbourne by one of its members. Padel is added as a sport of its own, with its own courts and hours.
WHY SPORTS CLUB OS
Add it in Settings with its own courts, opening hours, calendar tab and clubhouse TV board.
They book, move and cancel their own courts from any phone or browser, with nothing to install.
Choose which memberships include padel, and which may book only off-peak.
A member adds guests to a booking, and the desk sells visitors a court and hires them a racket.
A session holds its court, so members can’t book over a lesson.
The bar till, functions, staff rosters, and GST and the BAS for the treasurer.
BENEFITS
What Sports Club OS does for a padel club, from the members to the courts.
A padel booking system members use from their phone: they book, move and cancel their own courts under your rules, and a court can never be booked twice. The office sees every court, lesson and club night on one calendar.

Choose which memberships include padel and which may book only off-peak. Every member and family is in one place, from the day they apply to the day they renew, and members see their own bookings and invoices on their phone.

Walk-ins are sold padel court time at the bar or reception till, and it goes straight onto the calendar as a booking. The till gives members their price and visitors theirs, and keeps track of rackets out and back.

Padel lessons, clinics, junior programmes and beginner nights on one timetable that members book, parents enrol from and visitors see on your website. Each session holds its court, full sessions keep a waitlist, and the coach takes the roll on a phone.
Private lessons can’t go on the timetable yet. Book the coach’s court on the calendar.

A padel club lives on how full its courts are. The court use reports show court-hours booked by sport, by day and by hour, so the committee can see the quiet times before it sets peak hours or runs a clinic.

Corporate afternoons, parties and club nights that use your function room and the courts are run as functions: the enquiry, the quote, the deposit and the function sheet, with the courts closed for the time and the staff on the roster.

Each sport has its own courts, opening hours and tab on the calendar and the court board, and each membership says which sports it includes.

QUESTIONS
No. Court booking is one part. The same padel club management system runs memberships and renewals, coaching and intro sessions, the bar and shop till, racket hire, functions, staff rosters and the club’s finance, with one member list.
Yes. Sports Club OS is a web page at the club’s own address, so there is no padel court booking app to download. Members book, move and cancel their own courts under the club’s rules, in quarter-hours up to the longest booking the club allows.
Yes. Padel is added as a sport with its own courts, opening hours and tab on the calendar and the court board, and each membership says which sports it includes. How far ahead members can book, the longest booking and the peak times are one set of rules for the whole club.
Not yet. A member’s booking is covered by their membership, and the only fee on it is the guest fee, paid at the club. Court time sold to visitors at the till has a visitor price, a members’ price and discounts for set days and times. Prices set by time for online booking, and splitting a fee between players, are not built.
Not yet. Online booking is for members with a current membership, and online card payments are being built. Visitors book at the desk or the bar till, and can ask for a place in a class from your website.
Not yet. A member books the court and says how many guests are coming. There is no player matching, open match or padel player level.
Padel leagues, yes. Competitions run ladders, box leagues, round robins and knockouts in padel, scored on a phone by the FIP rules with the Star Point, and the court’s TV follows. Golden point and Padel Australia’s shorter formats are options the club switches on. Americano and Mexicano nights are not built yet: a weekly social night goes on the calendar as a club booking, and the club can email members about it.
Yes. The free match scorer scores padel on any phone in the browser, with no account, by the Star Point or golden point, and lets others watch with a code. Try the free match scorer.
Not yet. Doors, lights and swipe cards are not built.
Every plan has every feature, priced by the number of members, from A$215 a month + GST for up to 300 members. See the plans.
