    OUR STORY

    Built at Grace Park
    Hawthorn Club

Sports Club OS grew out of Grace Park Hawthorn Club in Melbourne. Tennis, squash and snooker. A bar, a function room, and a volunteer committee holding it all together.

Club member Adam Gough built it to bring those moving parts into one place. That is the idea behind every screen: make the everyday work easier for the people doing it.

    HOW WE GET YOU STARTED

How we get your club started,
    in four steps

A new system can sound like a lot of work for a volunteer committee. So we do most of it, with you, and we stay close long after you switch on.

    1. STEP 1 · THIRTY MINUTES

      The walkthrough

Adam shows you Sports Club OS on a made-up club, starting with the jobs that take your committee longest. Bring your questions. You leave with a firm price.

    2. STEP 2 · DONE WITH YOU

      Setting up your club

Your courts and rooms, membership types and fees, roles and branding. Members, families, payments and bookings brought across from your old system or spreadsheets.

    3. STEP 3 · BEFORE YOU SWITCH ON

      Checking it together

You check everything on your own club. The office and committee are shown around, staff are invited to their shifts, and we change whatever doesn’t fit.

    4. STEP 4 · EVERY MONTH

      Monthly catch-ups

Once you’re live, we meet each month: what’s working, what isn’t and what to set up next. More of the club comes on board when you’re ready.

    Your part

    • Tell us how the club runs.
    • Send your exports or spreadsheets.
    • Check it looks right on your own club.

    Our part

    • Set-up, branding and bringing your data across.
    • Showing the office, committee and staff around.
    • Monthly catch-ups, and changes as the club grows.

    Email Adam ↗

Is this only for tennis or squash clubs?+

Sports Club OS is designed around member clubs with several activities, staff and a clubhouse. Tennis, squash and snooker informed the first build. A walkthrough is the best way to check the fit for your club.

Can you bring our current data across?+

We can import SportLogic / inTennis exports, and work with spreadsheets from other systems. We'll review what you have and agree what can be brought across before changing over.

Do we need to install anything?+

The club system runs in a web browser. Members can book from their phones, and the office can use a computer.

Does it take card payments or connect to Xero?+

Online card payments and the Xero connection are in the works. They are not available yet. Invoices and payment records are part of the current system.

    What happens in the walkthrough?+

Thirty minutes with Adam, using an illustrative club. Bring your questions and tell us how your club works. We'll look at the parts that matter to your committee.
