Overview
What is under Me
Me is the last section of the menu and holds everything about you: your membership, bookings, invoices and purchases, and, for staff, your shifts and hours.
Who this is for: Anyone with “Book courts for yourself” or “Own invoices and receipts” or “Own contact details” or “Your purchases at the club” or “Choose how you pay your membership” or “Book classes for your household” or “Play in competitions” or “Own shifts, availability and hours” or “Take your own classes” (by default: Administrator, Bar Staff, Coach, Member).
Me is the last section of the menu. It holds the pages about you: your membership, your bookings and classes, your matches, your invoices and what you bought at the club. If you work at the club, its Staff portal fold holds your shifts, your hours and when you can work. Your login itself (your details, your email choices and your password) is in your account menu, under your initials at the top right.
Everything under Me is about you and your household only. Nobody else's records appear there, whatever roles you hold.
Who sees it
- Members whose login is linked to their member record and approved by the club. See I signed up but can't see my membership if yours is not.
- Staff on the roster, such as bar staff, see the Staff portal fold. A person is on the roster when the bar manager has added them as staff with the email address they sign in with.
- Coaches see My sessions in the Staff portal fold.
Someone who is a member and also works at the club sees both. Someone who is none of these does not see Me at all.

Pages that need no sign-in
Two links from emails and texts open a page of their own without signing in. Each reaches only your own records:

- The unsubscribe link at the foot of an optional email from the club. See Choose which emails you get.
What Me does not do
- You cannot change your name, your email address, your membership type or its status. Ask the club office.
- You cannot pay online.
