How to

Your purchases and household account

See what you bought at the club's bar or shop, what your household has charged to its account, its prepaid credit and your restringing jobs.

Who this is for: Anyone with “Your purchases at the club” (by default: Member).

My purchases shows what you bought at the club's till, what your household has charged to its account with the club, your household's prepaid credit, and racquets you have left for restringing. It is read-only, apart from two switches for the head of a household.

Open it

Open Me > My purchases.

What you see depends on your place in your household:

  • The head of the household sees what everyone in it bought, the account and credit they share, the latest top-ups and spends, and the Juniors in your household switches. The page says You are the head of your household, so this shows what everyone in it bought at the club, and the account and credit you share.
  • Anyone else in the household, a junior included, sees what they bought themselves, the account and credit balances, and the list of the household's account invoices (each month's invoice number and total). The page says This shows what you bought at the club. The account and credit are your household’s, held by its head.
My purchases on a phone for the head of a household: Account at the club, marked Owing, with $16.00 owing, a $200.00 limit and $16.00 charged this month, then Prepaid credit of $60.00 with its latest top-up, the two Juniors in your household tick boxes, and the start of Bought at the club.

Account at the club

When a purchase is charged to your household's account at the till, it is not paid then. Account at the club shows:

  • Owing: what has been charged and not yet paid.
  • Limit: the most the household can have owing. The badge says Owing, Nothing owing or At its limit. At its limit, the till needs a manager's approval to charge any more.
  • How much has been charged this month, for example $16.00 charged this month. It goes on one invoice, issued on the 1st of next month.

Account invoices

Each month's charges go on one invoice to the head of the household, listing that month's purchases. Account invoices lists them, one a month. The head sees each invoice's lines. Anyone else in the household, a junior included, sees the list with each invoice's number, month and total, and no lines: so everyone who charges to the account can see what the household owes each month, but not what the others bought. The current month's says this month, still open and is marked Draft while charges are still being added; on the 1st it is issued with a due date and marked To pay.

Pay it as any other invoice, using the bank details on it. For how charging to an account works at the till, see Charge to a member's account. Issued invoices are in Me > My invoices & receipts. See See your invoices and receipts.

Prepaid credit

Prepaid credit is money paid in advance, at the bar or desk, for the household to spend at the till. See Prepaid credit for how it is topped up and spent. It shows the balance and, for the head, each top-up and spend with the balance after it. The credit never goes below nothing. If the household has none, it says No credit has been loaded.

Juniors in your household (the head only)

The head of a household chooses whether juniors may use the household's account and credit:

  • Juniors may charge to the account (never alcohol)
  • Juniors may spend the prepaid credit (never on alcohol)

Each is saved as soon as you tick or untick it, and the page says Saved. Neither ever allows a junior to buy alcohol.

Bought at the club

Bought at the club lists purchases from the last three months, newest first: the day, what was bought, how it was paid, and the total. The head sees who bought each one. Press Show more to see more of the list. If there is nothing, it says Nothing bought at the till yet.

Restringing

Restringing lists racquets you have left with the club to be restrung: the string, the tension, the day you wanted it and the price. A racquet shows Ready once it has been restrung.

What you cannot do here

  • Get a receipt or a refund. Ask at the bar or desk: receipts and refunds are handled at the till.
  • Top up prepaid credit. The head of the household tops it up at the bar or desk.
  • Change the account limit. Ask at the bar or the club office.
